Personal Lines Client Executive

We're excited to invite a friendly and motivated individual to join our close-knit team as a Personal Lines Client Executive. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our valued clients, playing a crucial part in helping them find the right insurance solutions for their homes, vehicles, and lives. You'll have the opportunity to build rapport, understand individual needs, and guide clients through their options, all while working in a supportive and positive environment right here in Gettysburg.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Commission

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Previous customer service or sales experience is beneficial.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to learn new software quickly.

Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

A positive attitude and genuine desire to help people.

Active P&C License

Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional service during every interaction.

Assist clients with inquiries regarding their personal insurance policies, including coverage, billing, and claims.

Process policy changes, renewals, and new applications accurately and efficiently.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional insurance products that meet client needs.

Maintain client records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date in the agency's system.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
