Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Client Manager to join our Commercial Lines team. This role is responsible for managing assigned accounts, providing risk management guidance, and ensuring client needs are handled with professionalism and expertise. Duties
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Respond to client and internal service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage day-to-day policy servicing, including endorsements, certificates, audits, cancellations, and mid-term policy changes.
• Review insurance requirements and identify potential coverage gaps or deficiencies.
• Assist clients with claims reporting and follow up to ensure claims are handled effectively by carriers.
• Support billing inquiries and assist with agency-billed accounts as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within the agency management system.
• Coordinate renewals, including gathering information, marketing to carriers, and reviewing quotes.
• Prepare applications, coverage summaries, proposals, and premium comparison documents.
• Conduct client coverage reviews and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling or expanded coverage when appropriate.
• Collaborate with producers, underwriters, and carriers to advocate for client needs.
• Participate in internal meetings and attend client meetings when appropriate.
• Monitor market trends and communicate relevant insights to producers and team members.
• Support management or team members with special projects or additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
• Active Colorado Property & Casualty License required.
• 5 years of experience in commercial insurance client management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages, including Property, General Liability, Commercial Auto, Workers’ Compensation, and Umbrella.
• Familiarity with professional and specialty lines such as D&O, E&O, EPLI, and Builders Risk is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience with Applied Epic or similar agency management systems preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• College education or industry designations (CISR, ACSR, AINS) preferred but not required.

Salary : $50,000 - $80,000
