What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Leader position at Highspring?
Operations Leader will provide strategic and operational leadership for 12 locations in the Reno area. This role partners with physicians, providers, and leaders to drive operational excellence, financial performance, patient satisfaction, provider productivity and practice growth. Responsibilities include operational policies, workforce planning, staffing, P&L, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and physician recruitment. Overseeing a team of 200 with 5 direct reports.
Candidates will have at least 5 years of multi-site operational and physician practice management experience including P&L. Must be a strong mentor/coach.
Must relocate to Reno.
Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
