Kitchen Manager-FAIRPLAY LOCATION
Highside Brewing is seeking a Kitchen Lead to oversee the entire kitchen operation at all of our locations Frisco, Fairplay and Breckenridge. The ideal candidate should be a highly experienced line cook with a professional attitude, who is self motivated and takes pride in their food presentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement daily procedures and staff accountability.
- Monitor Inventory Levels at all locations
- Maintain and improve food quality and consistency.
- Make sure all food is prepared and cooked to ServeSafe standards.
- Implement and maintain exceptional cleanliness practices.
- Hire/Train/Fire Kitchen Staff
- Cost Control
- Work with FOH to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences
QUALIFICATIONS
- Effective communication and team management skills.
- Minimum One Year experience working as a Kitchen Lead.
- Effective time management skills and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
- Knife, prep, and cooking skills are a MUST!
- Ability to manage food and labor costs
