Executive Assistant / Accounting Coordinator (Part-Time)
We’re looking for a dependable, organized, and personable Executive Assistant with strong accounting and administrative experience to join our growing team. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right person.

Responsibilities
- Provide executive and administrative support to leadership
- Manage payroll, invoicing, and general bookkeeping tasks
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and maintain accurate financial records
- Work extensively in QuickBooks (required)
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and day-to-day office operations
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members
- Assist with collaborative company projects and team initiatives
- Run occasional business-related errands as needed
- Help maintain organization across multiple departments and priorities
Qualifications
- Previous experience in executive assistant, office management, or administrative support roles
- Strong accounting/bookkeeping background
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude with a team-player mindset
- Comfortable in a casual, collaborative work environment
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
