We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Team members to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards.
- Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in accordance with safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens and towels are clean and well-presented.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality by providing friendly service to guests and responding to their needs.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific cleaning protocols.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
