Responsibilities
- Diagnose appliance issues using schematics, electrical testing, and mechanical assessments to identify root causes.
- Repair and troubleshoot appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers with precision and efficiency.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment troubleshooting techniques to complete repairs safely and effectively.
- Conduct maintenance tasks on appliances and related equipment to prevent future failures.
- Operate company vehicles for service calls while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service visit.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in appliance repair.
- Proficiency reading schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance equipment safely.
- Experience with equipment troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO) practices in a field service environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude; able to communicate technical information clearly.
- Ability to lift over 50 Lbs

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
