- SOUTH BAY LEASING AGENTS - Inglewood, Hawthorne, Gardena, El Segundo, Manhattan Beach, Redondo, Lawndale, and surrounding areas

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Join our dynamic team as an an independent Multi-Site Apartment Leasing Agent. This part-time, super flexible position is ideal for individuals who hold an active California real estate license and are seeking a rewarding opportunity all while setting their own schedule. As a Multi-Site Apartment Leasing Agent, you will be assigned apartment listings weekly based on your availability, allowing you the flexibility to balance leasing responsibilities with other commitments. This role is ideal for real estate agents looking to stay active and/or newer agents looking to kickstart their real estate careers.
With thousands of apartment units under management, there is no shortage of listings available to our leasing agents. The more time you are willing to dedicate, the more listings you can show and lease. Our leasing agents are heavily supported by our leasing manager and a back office administrative team, which handle all the administrative tasks such as marketing, scheduling, prospect nurturing, application review, lease drafting and signing, and tenant move ins.
So what is left do you ask? Our leasing agents sole responsibilities are:
1. Set your showing availability on a weekly basis
2. Show up to your pre-scheduled showings on-time
3. Tour prospects through the apartment, answer questions, and sell sell sell

JOB DUTIES:
- Preset your availability on a weekly basis via our leasing software
- Manage your schedule and availability to accommodate part-time responsibilities.
- Adapt to different property locations and types as assignments vary each week
- Greet prospective tenants and create a positive first impression.
- Conduct thorough property tours, highlighting key features and amenities.
- Address general inquiries and provide insightful information about the listing.
- Work in conjunction with a dedicated Leasing Manager and back-office team.
- Leverage support for administrative tasks such as follow-ups, application processing, approvals/denials, lease drafting and signing, and more.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years in real estate sales or leasing experience
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive leasing experience for potential tenants.
- Must be available to work 6-10 hours a week across three (3) separate days - 2 weekdays & 1 weekend
- Ability to communicate effectively with prospective tenants, answering questions and providing detailed property information.
- Capacity to adapt to varying weekly schedules and property locations.
- Reliable transportation
