Job Title: Patient Care Technician (PCT) Behavioral Health
Schedule: Full Time, Nights

How you'll contribute
As a Patient Care Technician joining our team, you're embracing a vital mission dedicated to making communities healthier. This includes:
- Assisting patients with performing activities of daily living
- Providing or assisting with providing direct patient care, diagnostic procedures, and therapeutic interventions
- Observing and recording patient behavior and activities
- Reporting any changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition to nursing staff and suggesting modifications to treatment plans
- Conducting individual and group psycho-education, leisure activities, and life-skill training for all patients
- Assisting with POC testing and EKGs as needed

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire
- Handle with Care (HWC) required within 30 days of hire
- State of TN CNA license preferred
- Behavioral Health experience preferred
