Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems.
- Collect, analyze, and document data related to product quality, inspection results, and process performance for continuous improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in calibration of measurement devices and maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and quality metrics.
Experience
- Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
- Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 is highly desirable.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and identify root causes of quality issues.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with effective communication skills for reporting findings clearly.
