Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Specialist located in Minneapolis, MN. The Account Specialist will be responsible for managing client accounts, handling on-site training, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day activities include communicating with clients, handling inquiries, managing account details, and collaborating with various departmental teams to ensure client satisfaction and compliance.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- A strong background/knowledge of Workplace Safety and OSHA rules
- Proficiency in customer service and account management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Apple/OS Software background a plus!
