Responsibilities
What your day to day might look like:
- Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties
- Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks
- Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner
- Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
- Maintain company safety standards
Qualifications
We’re looking for you if:

- You have experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance

Compensation: $21.00 -$24.00 an hour
