Computer experience is preferred but not required. Previous production or leadership experience is helpful, but we are willing to train someone who demonstrates the right attitude, work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
Pay and Advancement
Starting pay is $25 per hour during the initial two-week trial period. This period allows both you and management to determine whether the position is a good fit.
After the trial period, pay remains at $25 per hour while you continue learning and developing your skills. You will progress toward the full Production Lead rate of $35 per hour as you demonstrate that you can independently manage and lead production.
Advancement depends on your job performance, progress during training, willingness to learn, consistency, and ability to take on the full responsibilities of the role.
Management will evaluate your progress and communicate what skills and responsibilities you still need to demonstrate to reach the full rate.
Our goal is to give the right person the opportunity to grow into a leadership position, with a clear expectation that the $35-per-hour rate is tied to the ability to fully lead production.
