ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Planning & Execution Partner with the executive to develop, refine, and execute strategic plans and critical initiatives, translating objectives into actionable plans. Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare insightful reports and presentations to support executive decision-making and strategic opportunities.
- Operational Excellence & Efficiency Optimize operational efficiency by identifying opportunities, streamlining workflows, and implementing systems to maximize resources and proactively resolve issues.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management Serve as a central communication intermediary, managing information flow, drafting communications, and acting as a primary liaison between the executive and key stakeholders.
- Meeting & Event Management Organize and facilitate leadership meetings and key executive events, preparing materials, and ensuring effective follow-up on decisions and action items.
- Advisory & Support Act as a tactical and strategic advisor to the executive, providing input on new ideas and initiatives, and representing the executive as needed.
- Other duties as assigned or requested.
Required
- 7 years of experience in strategic operations, project management, consulting, an executive support role, or other relevant experience, preferably within a complex organizational structure.
- Proven experience working directly with senior executive leadership
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing complex projects from conception to completion.
- Strategic Acumen Exceptional ability to think strategically, synthesize complex information, and translate vision into actionable plans.
- Leadership & Influence Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization without direct authority. Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a team to achieve high performance.
- Communication Excellence Superior written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and presentation abilities.
- Problem-Solving Highly analytical with a proactive approach to identifying issues and developing innovative solutions.
- Organizational & Project Management Meticulous organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Discretion & Confidentiality Proven ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Adaptability Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
- Technological Proficiency Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with project management software and collaboration tools.
