The Production Team at HIGHLY is growing! We are now hiring a Production Assistant at our Boothbay facility. This is a full-time, year round position in a positive and professional Adult Use environment.
Production staff typically work a Monday through Friday schedule with occasional weekend shifts as business demands. We are rapidly growing and looking for reliable, talented, high integrity individuals to join our team.
Candidate Requirements:
- Familiarity with weights and measurements
- Ability to operate and accurately read a scale
- Reliable Transportation
- Positive Attitude
- Punctual and Motivated
- Ability to perform a job which requires repetitive tasks and motions
- Ability to both stand and sit for long periods of time
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Friendly and Personable
- Ability to lift and carry 50lbs
- Passion for the plant and a commitment to high quality
- Age 21 or older (per state regulations)
- Able to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend, evening, holiday shifts and inclement weather.
Production Assistant Responsibilities:
- Process and package finished cannabis product
- Apply compliance packaging labels accurately and with care
- Perform meticulous manicuring and trimming of cannabis flower to company standards
- Record data and information to be entered into the seed to sale program
- Clean and sanitize all post-production tools and equipment to company standards
- Self-regulate work pace for balance of quality and high-performance efficiency
