- Ensure merchandise is accurately picked, packed, and labeled according to established standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks to identify and address any errors or discrepancies.
- Implement best practices for quality assurance and accuracy.
- Inventory Management:
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to management.
- Assist in maintaining organized and efficient storage of merchandise.
- Packaging Materials:
- Maintain an adequate supply of packaging materials and request replenishments as needed.
- Optimize the use of packaging materials to minimize waste and reduce costs.
- Order Processing:
- Oversee the efficient processing of customer orders and ensure timely shipping.
- Coordinate with the order fulfillment team to ensure orders are prioritized and processed accurately.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Promote and enforce safety guidelines and regulations in the packing area.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, including those related to safety, security, and ethical conduct.
- Communication:
- Collaborate with various departments, such as logistics, warehouse, and customer service, to resolve issues and streamline operations.
- Communicate regularly with management to report progress and address any challenges or concerns.
- Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and record key performance metrics related to packing and shipping efficiency.

- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in merchandise packing and shipping, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
