Role Description
This is a full-time, role for an Auto Detailer Manager based in Fayetteville, NC. The Auto Detailer Manager oversees daily operations, including managing a mobile team of detailers, ensuring quality service delivery. Responsibilities include performing and supervising auto detailing tasks for both interiors and exteriors, maintaining high standards of customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The manager will also liaise with customers to address their needs and provide exceptional service experiences.
Qualifications
2-3 years of professional auto detailing experience
3 years of management or team leadership experience
Willing to work weekends and holidays as business demands
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Client-first mindset with high service standards
