If this sounds like the job for you, then it is! We offer full on-the-job training as well as safety equipment. This is a fun job that takes some hard work and hustle but is easy to learn and rewarding. You don't have to deal with customers and each job is different so you have the satisfaction of completing multiple events every weekend. We work hard when its time to work but there's plenty of time to rest while traveling between jobs. Work hours may be limited the first couple weeks but will expand to full time in early May.
Our most important hiring characteristic is reliability. Not showing up for work is a big no. It really puts us in a tough situation since all of our jobs are time-sensitive. We need an employee who can commit to working at least through the end of June without major time off. We require a phone interview followed by an in-person interview. Individuals who show up late or no show for the in-person interview will be automatically disqualified. This job can be very physically demanding. Prior experience in landscaping, loading/unloading, moving, equipment handling and similar fields is a plus but not required.
