Position: Sales Associate
Location: In-person
Job Type: Full-time/Part-Time
Pay: $10.5-13.00per hour
Expected Hours: 20-40 per week
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing knowledgeable assistance on our range of industry products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet every guest with a warm, authentic welcome.
- Engage customers in friendly conversation, asking open-ended questions to understand their needs and tailor your approach.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout your shift.
- Stock and replenish supplies while remaining attentive to customer needs.
- Complete daily tasks to keep the store clean, well-maintained, and functional.
- Manage inventory, including check-in, counting, and displaying products.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Passion for and interest in industry products such as CBD, Hookah, Vapes, and Glass pipes.
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer service abilities.
- Professional phone etiquette and strong analytical skills for outbound calling and upselling.
- Prior sales experience is a plus.
- US Citizen
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
