Summary: The Sporting Clay's Grille is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate individuals to join our Food and Beverage team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Server
- Greets guests, presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food, drink, and/or service
- Relays order to kitchen and serves courses, ensuring the orders are correct when delivered
- Observes patrons to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal/drinks have been completed
- Totals bill and accept payment or refer the patron to the cashier
- Assists in clearing and resetting tables at the conclusion of service
- RAMP certification is required on the first day of employment
