Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Server
- Greet guests, presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food, drink and/or service
- Relays order to kitchen and serves courses, ensuring the orders are correct when delivered
- Observes patrons to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal/drinks have been completed
- Totals bill and accept payment or refer the patron to the cashier
- Assists in clearing and resetting tables at the conclusion of service
- Bartender
- Receives orders from Patrons and wait staff
- Prepares and serves liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer and nonalcoholic drinks as ordered
- Maintains the bar and keeps it clean and organized
- Ensures customers are of legal drinking age by check photo IDs
- Collects money from customers for drinks prepared and served
- Uses proper judgment and, when necessary, refuses service to patrons who are intoxicated or disruptive
- Removes empty bottles and trash
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Supervisory Responsibilities

Qualifications
- RAMP certification is required on the first day of employment
- Previous food and beverage experience is a plus
- ServSafe certification is a plus
- Cash handling experience is a must
- Must possess strong customer service skills
- Possess working knowledge of wines, beers and liquors
- Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
