Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office setting
- Proficiency with EMR systems and understanding of medical terminology
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to outstanding patient care
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while effectively prioritizing tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Assist podiatrists with patient exams, procedures, and treatments
- Take patient histories, record vital signs, and prepare patients for examination
- Administer medications and injections as directed
- Maintain clean, organized exam rooms and equipment
- Educate and support patients regarding treatment plans and podiatric care
- Scribe accurate and timely patient notes
