Dr. Malcolm Hayward, Dr. Dan Bradford, and Dr. Thad Beck knew that patients do better at home, in the community where they live and work, and where their support system is already in place. Highlands Oncology is actively seeking an exceptional Board-Certified/Board Eligible Colorectal Surgeon to join our Surgical Oncology Practice. As a Fellowship-Trained Colorectal Surgeon, preferably Board-Certified and with previous Colon and Rectal Surgery experience, you will have the opportunity to serve patients of the Northwest Arkansas area. This role offers the chance to engage in a highly rewarding, innovative practice in a well-supported environment. Highlands Oncology is the premiere oncology practice in Arkansas offering medical oncology, radiation oncology and surgical oncology services to include breast, colorectal, urologic and gynecologic specialties.

- Provide comprehensive care to colorectal patients, including initial consultations, the development of surgical plans, surgery, and follow-up visits in a busy practice.
- Work collaboratively with a highly skilled team of specialists, including medical oncology, radiation oncology, and other surgical services, ensuring the best possible patient care.
- Ensure continuity of care by coordinating follow-up care and collaborating with oncology and other services to meet the evolving needs of patients.
- Deliver a full range of colorectal services, leveraging advanced technology and a robust support system to optimize patient outcomes.
