Medical Assistant / Patient Navigator for CARE Clinic will provide coordination and support to patients at high risk for breast cancer due to personal or family history, or at high risk for other cancers due to a genetic mutation. Will work in clinic directly with CARE Clinic Advanced Practice Providers and Medical Director.
