Job Summary
Latte Da Café is seeking a friendly, reliable, and experienced Café Associate to join our team within Highlands Oncology. You will play a vital role in providing breakfast and lunch service to patients, staff, and visitors in a warm, welcoming environment. This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, with excellent benefits and a supportive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast and lunch menu items, including specialty coffee and espresso drinks.

Ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of café, kitchen, and all equipment.

Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and food service regulations.

Handle daily cash operations, including deposits, credit transactions, and accurate drawer balancing.

Support catering services by preparing and delivering orders as needed.

Assist with inventory management, supply restocking, and accurate product tracking.

Provide outstanding customer service in a professional and compassionate manner.

Work collaboratively with team members in a positive and energetic environment.

Be flexible to occasionally work across multiple café locations.
