Job Title: Café Associate – Full-Time & Part-Time Positions

Reports To: Latte Da Manager/Chef

Location: Springdale / Fayetteville / Rogers – Employees may occasionally rotate between locations depending on clinic and patient needs.

FLSA: Hourly / Non-Exempt

Job Summary

Latte Da Café is seeking a friendly, reliable, and experienced Café Associate to join our team within Highlands Oncology. You will play a vital role in providing breakfast and lunch service to patients, staff, and visitors in a warm, welcoming environment. This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, with excellent benefits and a supportive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast and lunch menu items, including specialty coffee and espresso drinks.

• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of café, kitchen, and all equipment.

• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and food service regulations.

• Handle daily cash operations, including deposits, credit transactions, and accurate drawer balancing.

• Support catering services by preparing and delivering orders as needed.

• Assist with inventory management, supply restocking, and accurate product tracking.

• Provide outstanding customer service in a professional and compassionate manner.

• Work collaboratively with team members in a positive and energetic environment.

• Be flexible to occasionally work across multiple café locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation and coffee service (barista experience preferred).

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Basic math and cash-handling proficiency.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday; occasional flexibility may be required.

• Commitment to teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude.
