Are you passionate about early childhood education and eager to grow into a Montessori teaching career? Highlands Montessori is seeking a Montessori Lead Guide in Training — a dedicated educator who will begin as a classroom assistant, learn alongside experienced guides, and begin their AMS Primary training at the Montessori Education Center of the Rockies (MECR) in Summer 2026 with full tuition sponsorship.

Who You Are:
- You’re passionate about early childhood education and ready to grow into a Montessori career
- You have experience working with children ages 2–6 (Montessori experience a plus)
- You’re warm, observant, and curious — respectful of each child’s independence and natural development
- You’re eager to learn the Montessori method through mentorship and hands-on experience
- You are legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to complete background checks, including Colorado’s TRAILS registry
What You’ll Do:
- Support the daily flow of the Montessori Primary classroom (ages 2.5–6) under the guidance of the Lead Guide
- Prepare and maintain a beautiful, purposeful learning environment
- Assist children with independence, concentration, and care of self and others
- Learn Montessori best practices through observation, mentorship, and professional development
- Participate in ongoing preparation to begin formal Montessori training next summer
