Responsibilities
The Student Director will lead and disciple students in grades 6–12, helping them experience life with Jesus by being with Jesus, becoming like Jesus, and doing what Jesus did. Working alongside the Marion Campus Pastor and the Highlands Fellowship Student Ministry Team, you'll help create a welcoming environment where students are known, loved, and encouraged to grow in their faith. This is a part-time position averaging 10 hours per week. Much of the teaching, curriculum, strategy, and ministry support is provided through our central Student Ministry Team, allowing you to focus on what matters most—building relationships with students, developing volunteers, and creating an engaging ministry environment.

What You'll Do

● Lead the weekly student gathering at the Marion Campus.
● Build relationships with middle and high school students throughout the week.
● Recruit, encourage, and invest in a team of volunteers. ● Partner with parents to support the spiritual growth of their students.

● A passion for investing in middle and high school students.
● Strong relational and communication skills.
● The ability to encourage and lead volunteers.
● A teachable spirit and a desire to grow as a leader.
