Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mechanic, primarily based in Sebring, FL, with some flexibility for remote work. The Mechanic will be responsible for performing regular maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repairs on various types of vehicles, including heavy equipment. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues, ensuring timely repairs, and conducting inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards.
Qualifications
- Skills in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair
- Experience with Heavy Equipment and related mechanical components
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues effectively
- Proficiency with tools and techniques used in automotive repair and maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ASE certification or equivalent qualifications (preferred but not required)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
