Highlands Treehouse Retreat (HTR) is a newly built luxury treehouse getaway featuring 5 stunning cabins in the Blue Ridge Mountains. We’re passionate about creating memorable guest experiences surrounded by nature — and we’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners who take pride in their work and care deeply about hospitality and comfort.
About the Role
Your main responsibility will be to clean and reset each treehouse after guest checkouts, ensuring every space feels spotless, peaceful, and ready for the next arrival.
All cleaning supplies, linens, towels, and detergents are provided. A washer and dryer are available on-site.
Main Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare each of the 5 treehouses after guest check-out
- Do a quick wipe-down/walkthrough before each check-in
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, responsible, and takes pride in doing quality work
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Available for weekend and some holiday cleanings
- Comfortable driving to a remote mountain location
- Prior cleaning or hospitality experience preferred (but not required)
What We Offer
- Pay based on experience
- Consistent work with shift starting at 9am
