Summary of the Position: Under the direction of the Highlands Community Charter School’s Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Analyst performs independent, advanced analytical, highly complex tasks to assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the Human Resources Department including salary administration, data gathering, position classification, report preparation, special project assignments, and supports recruitment, selection and general oversight of new personnel. Requirements / Qualifications
- Associate's degree in human resources, business administration or related field required. - Bachelor's degree preferred. - At least two (2) years of responsible experience in human resources or a related field or equivalent combination of education, industry certifications, and relevant professional experience. - At least one (1) year of supervisory experience preferred. - This position requires regular travel between sites. A valid driver’s license, personal automobile, and proof of insurance required.
