Cable Technician - Tier 1

What You’ll Do:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot cable and fiber in both residential and commercial environments
- Conduct site surveys to determine optimal cable and equipment placement
- Run, pull, and terminate cables with precision and adherence to safety standards
- Test and diagnose cable to ensure reliable performance
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client questions and concerns
- Complete accurate documentation to support smooth project workflows
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in low voltage or cable installation is a bonus, but not necessary—we provide thorough on-site training to get you up to speed!
- A basic understanding of computer networking and telephone systems is helpful, but we're happy to teach you along the way
- Interest in field service work and network setup processes is a plus
- Some knowledge of internet and networking fundamentals is great to have, but it’s not a deal-breaker
- Comfort using hand tools for cable handling and termination, or a willingness to learn
- Mechanical aptitude is welcomed—just a positive attitude and eagerness to learn go a long way
