Henderson, NV Full Time
POSTED ON 7/13/2026 CLOSED ON 8/17/2026

What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Receptionist - Experienced position at Highlands Animal Care?

This Is the Receptionist Job for You If…

You became a veterinary receptionist because you genuinely care about people and their pets. You enjoy helping clients, keeping things organized, and being an essential part of a medical team—not because you wanted to spend every day dealing with chaos, understaffing, or feeling unappreciated.

At Highlands Animal Care in beautiful Henderson, Nevada, we believe veterinary receptionists deserve better.

Built by veterinary professionals with more than 35 years of combined experience in general practice, emergency medicine, specialty medicine, and nonprofit care, we created the hospital we always wished existed—a place where every team member is respected, supported, and given the tools to succeed.

This job is for you if…

✔ You want to work where reception is valued as an essential part of patient care—not "just the front desk."

✔ You're tired of being short-staffed, overwhelmed, and expected to do the work of three people.

✔ You enjoy building relationships with clients and creating exceptional first impressions.

✔ You thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying calm, organized, and compassionate.

✔ You want leadership that actually listens, communicates, and supports its team.

✔ You value work-life balance and want flexibility that fits your life.

✔ You enjoy learning and want opportunities to grow professionally.

✔ You believe every client deserves kindness, empathy, and outstanding service.
