What This Role Looks LikeAs a Summer Outdoor Adventure Guide, you’ll lead and support a variety of experiences throughout the park. Our team is cross-trained across multiple attractions, so you’ll have the opportunity to stay engaged and learn different roles throughout the season.
You may guide or assist with:
- Zipline tours
- UTV (side-by-side) guided tours
- Aerial attractions including swings and climbs
- Kids and family adventure courses
- Guided hikes
This is a high-energy, guest-facing role where your attitude, communication, and ability to create a great experience matter just as much as your technical skills.

- Lead and assist guests through safe, fun, and engaging outdoor experiences
- Create a positive and memorable experience for every guest
- Clearly communicate instructions and expectations
- Work closely with your team to keep tours running smoothly
- Support daily operations, including opening/closing and general upkeep
- Adapt to different roles and responsibilities throughout the day
- Bring energy, positivity, and professionalism to every interaction
- This is not a traditional 9–5 role—hours vary based on bookings and seasonality
- Some days are longer, some are shorter
- When not booked on tours, time may be yours or used for additional duties
- Weekend and holiday availability is required
- Flexible onboarding and training based on your availability
- Positive, outgoing personality and strong communication skills
- Enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges

- Must be at least 18 years old for guide roles (younger applicants may be considered for other positions)
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Comfortable being active (walking, hiking, standing for extended periods, working at heights)
- Able to communicate clearly and confidently with guests and team members
- Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must be able to complete and pass training requirements
