Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role in Fairbanks, AK for an Office Administrator. This role is ideal for a college student or someone looking for flexible, part-time work with consistent hours. The Office Administrator will support day-to-day operations by assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, document organization, and communication with drivers and customers. This role plays a key part in keeping operations organized and on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic accounts receivable tracking
- Enter and organize operational data (loads, BOLs, payroll info)
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Support communication with drivers, customers, and vendors
- Help track paperwork for completed jobs
- Assist with general office organization and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Office Equipment and related tools
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Time management skills to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in office administration or a related role is an advantage
