We’re expanding in Nashville and looking for exceptional teachers to join our team.
Who We’re Looking For
You’re not just a yoga instructor—you’re a presence in the room.
You:
- Command a room with confidence and authenticity
- Love teaching strong, athletic, music-driven classes
- Have experience teaching power flow and/or yoga sculpt classes
- Know how to connect with students (not just cue poses)
- Are coachable and committed to continuous improvement
- Bring positive, grounded, high-energy vibes
- Care deeply about community and inclusivity
Bonus if you:
- Have experience in heated power vinyasa
- Are comfortable teaching to music
- Have taught in a studio setting (not just privately)
What You’ll Do
- Lead high-quality, consistent classes aligned with the Highland Yoga method
- Teach power flow and/or yoga sculpt classes
- Create an engaging, safe, and welcoming class environment
- Build relationships with students and foster community
- Participate in trainings, workshops, and team development
- Support studio culture both on and off the mat
Training & Development
At Highland Yoga, we care deeply about the consistency and quality of our classes.
All new teachers are required to complete our Highland Yoga training and coaching program before taking classes on the schedule. This program is designed to:
- Align teachers with our sequencing, pacing, and class structure
- Elevate cueing, musicality, and room presence
- Ensure every class delivers the Highland experience
We’re looking for teachers who are excited to learn, open to feedback, and committed to mastering the Highland Yoga method.
Requirements
- 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (required)
- Experience teaching power flow and/or yoga sculpt
- Availability to teach a minimum of 2 classes per week
- Willingness to complete Highland Yoga training and onboarding
