Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobile Home Maintenance and Rehab Technician to repair, renovate, and ongoing maintenance of mobile homes. This role involves performing a wide range of technical tasks to ensure mobile homes are safe, functional, and visually appealing. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, executing repairs, and maintaining the overall quality of our mobile home community. Must have tools for the position. Pay is based on experience. Required Experience
- Proven experience in residential or mobile home maintenance, rehab projects, or facilities maintenance roles.
- Carpentry skills, Basic electrical, Plumbing Flooring Cabinetry, Interior and exterior painting, Sheetrock Drywall Interior trim work
- Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate effectively with team members and residents alike.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
Work Location: In person
