Role description:
As a foreman of a tree service crew, has experience successfully:
Leading a tree service crew to successfully complete the day’s jobs in a safe, timely and profitable manner.
Getting the team to do quality work but as quickly as possible.
Ensuring all work complies with safety protocols and industry standards to maintain a secure work environment.
Coordinating with team members to plan daily tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress on jobs.
Managing the customer, gaining their confidence and putting them at ease. Also successful managing customer expectations and negotiating prices for add-on tasks.
Pulling the best ideas out of everyone on how best to get the job done right and in a timely manner.
Doing the work cleanup where it makes sense.
Is a believer in cleaning up well after a job.
Being smart in using equipment but not doing things that will prematurely break it.
Being a follower at times, taking instruction. Is coachable.
Trustworthy.
Loyal.
Grateful.
Pluses:
Having values that align with the Fruits of the Spirit.
Having a tendency to be a teacher, but in a time effective way.
Joyful, but doesn’t lose track of time when talking.
Certified ISA Arborist is a plus.
Having a CDL.
Having climbing experience.
Experience pulling equipment and trailers.
Experience driving tree service equipment, such as loaders, chippers, grinders, etc.
Married with children.
Experience servicing tree service equipment.

Pay package:
$80k-100k salary plus bonus.
Assuming business supports it, we aim to have 10 paid Catholic feast days off plus the 12 days of Christmas (paid).
