Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Golf Operations at Highland Springs Country Club in Springfield, MO. The role involves supporting and managing daily golf operations, including overseeing tee times, managing golf carts and equipment, and ensuring a seamless experience for members and guests. Your duties will also include providing exceptional customer service, maintaining golf course and practice facility standards, and assisting with golf events and tournaments.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to provide exceptional experiences for members and guests
- Experience and knowledge in Golf operations and familiarity with golf rules, etiquette, and equipment
- Ability to manage and maintain Irrigation and golf course-related needs
- Proficiency in handling Golf Equipment and ensuring its proper maintenance
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
- Previous golf or country club experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or certification related to golf management or hospitality is an advantage
