- You’re the driving force behind multiple dining venues — fine dining, bars, banquets, snack bars, events, and more.
- You’ll lead and mentor a talented group of supervisors and team leads across F&B; and housekeeping.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations across all food & beverage outlets with professionalism and energy.
- Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team from onboarding through ongoing development.
- Manage budgets, cost controls, inventory systems, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef, AGMs, Catering, and Events to deliver cohesive, top-tier experiences.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate contracts that support efficiency and quality.
- Drive service standards, safety compliance, and quality control across all venues.
- Support and promote club events, wine programs, and member dining enhancements.
- Serve as Manager-on-Duty and represent F&B; at committee or board meetings.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of F&B; management experience, including fine dining leadership.
- Four-year degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field (business background a plus).
- Certifications: Food Safety and Alcoholic Beverage Service; sommelier certification preferred.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven success in team leadership, cost control, and operational oversight.
- Strong knowledge of regulations, POS systems, and revenue reporting.
- Confidence under pressure and a polished, professional presence.
Physical & Environmental Expectations
- Standing and walking for long periods.
- Bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., and navigating fast-paced environments.
- Exposure to typical hospitality noise, heat, and humidity.
