Live-In Caregiver Team Position (2 positions open)

Position Overview: We operate an adult family home providing supportive living for two young men in their 20s with developmental and cognitive disabilities. We’re seeking a dedicated couple, or two individuals, to join our 24/7 care team in a live-in capacity.
The Role:
- Work alongside a partner in a two-person care team.
- Flexible Scheduling: Four caregivers share monthly coverage. While 7-days on/7-days off rhythm is common, the teams determine their own schedule to ensure full coverage.
- Key Duties: Meal prep/service, medication management and administration, transportation (company vehicle provided), general supervision, enrichment activities, and hands-on personal care.
- Scope of Care: Candidates should be comfortable with the full spectrum of caregiving, including behavioral support protocols. Comprehensive training is provided.

- Compensation: Paid daily rate, distributed monthly

Ideal Candidates:
- Experience with developmental/cognitive disabilities preferred but not required.
- Comfortable with live-in arrangements and overnight supervision.
- Physically capable of hands-on care.
