Direct Caregiver
Adult Family Home | Flexible Scheduling Wellness Stipend
Position Overview: We operate adult family homes providing supportive living for folks with developmental, cognitive, and physical disabilities. We’re seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in a direct caregiving role.
The Role:
- Work alongside a partner in a two-person care team.
- Flexible Scheduling: Our houses are staffed 24/7 with 2-person care teams on at all times. The staff determines their own schedule with a full time position considered to be 15 days on. Caregivers are responsible to ensure full coverage.
- Key Duties: Meal prep/service, medication management and administration, transportation (company vehicle provided), general supervision, enrichment activities, and hands-on personal care.
- Scope of Care: Candidates should be comfortable with the full spectrum of caregiving, including hands-on care and behavioral support protocols. Comprehensive training is provided.

Ideal Candidates:
- Experience with developmental/cognitive disabilities preferred but not required.
- Comfortable with live-in arrangements and overnight supervision as necessary.
- Physically capable of hands-on care.
- Self-directed and able to collaborate on team scheduling.
