About Us
Highland Roofing specializes in high-quality commercial roof installations and repairs at fair prices. We are seeking a Construction Runner to support our field superintendents and ensure smooth operations across job sites. This is a non-roofing position focused on logistics and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase and deliver materials for active projects
• Maintain clean and organized job sites at project completion
• Assist with inventory management of excess materials
• Drive to multiple job sites daily
• Support field teams with site readiness and material availability

Requirements

• Minimum age: 21
• Construction or roofing experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to operate a forklift and dump truck (no CDL required)
• Clean driving record; must pass background check and drug screening
• Physical ability to lift 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights over 6 ft
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Basic math skills for material calculations
• Flexible schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends/on-call
