Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Lead Carpenter role based in Hunt Valley, MD. The Lead Carpenter will oversee and execute carpentry and construction projects, including framing, finish carpentry, and other related tasks. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day project operations, ensuring safety compliance, supervising team members, and maintaining high standards of craftsmanship. Use and maintenance of power and hand tools are essential aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Carpentry and Finish Carpentry techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Power Tools and Hand Tools.
- Expertise in Framing and related construction tasks.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Experience supervising teams and managing projects is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license
