We are looking for a Colorado Licensed Speech Language Therapist (CFY's may apply) to join our large team that is seeking to further grow our Speech Therapy Services.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions to help patients achieve their maximum potential. This role involves working in Long-Term Care, Post Acute Rehab, Dementia Care and emerging in-house outpatient clinic.

The successful candidate will:
Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.
Support patients and their families with therapeutic techniques and strategies for maximizing function and independence.
Be proficient in functional based interventions and developing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and IDT.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
Valid Colorado licensed Speech and Language Pathologist.
Previous experience in a SNF environment preferred but not essential to the right candidate.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
A passion for helping residents achieve their communication, cognitive and dysphagia goals through effective therapy methods.
