Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and direct them to the appropriate department or team member
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and courteously
- Notify staff when customers arrive and assist in making introductions
- Accept payments for service and parts invoices and accurately balance cash drawer
- Assist in scheduling and confirming service appointments
- Complete basic paperwork for loaner vehicles and customer documents
- Perform light administrative duties such as filing, typing, data entry, and handling mail
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk/reception area
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Parts teams as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outgoing, positive personality with a professional appearance
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic, customer-facing environment
- Cash handling experience and familiarity with 10-key a plus
- Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
