Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrician to join our team. Our work is mostly residential installation and troubleshooting in and around the Chicago's North Shore. We are looking for someone with good troubleshooting skills who is able to do consistently good quality work in a clean and safe manner. A stocked work van will be provided.
Duties
- Speak with our customers regarding their electrical needs and form a plan to address their concerns.
- Install devices and fixtures in fully finished homes with minimal mess.
- Troubleshoot electrical wiring and devices as needed.
- Record materials used and a description of the work performed in our supplied software.
- Report to our office any additional visits, materials, or time needed for completion of any job.
Requirements
- Knowledge of electrical wiring and devices.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities on electrical.
- Fluent English
- Good understanding of electrical code and safety.
- Good interpersonal skills for working with other team members on job sites.
- Good communication skills when speaking with customers.
- Valid drivers license.
