Founded in 1968 and dedicated in loving memory of Helen Lamb Frost, Highland Palms Healthcare Center is a 99-bed skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Highland, California. We specialize in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, providing 24-hour personalized skilled nursing services. Our mission is to uphold high medical integrity, promote team spirit, and create a warm, homelike environment for our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, activities, and outings

• Provide companionship and supervision as a patient sitter

• Assist residents with mobility and ensure safety during transport

• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and residents’ families

• Serve as a friendly, reassuring presence throughout the day

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting preferred

• Patience, empathy, and a positive, professional attitude

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $17.48 – $18.00 per hour, DOE
