Highland Meadows Golf Club (HMGC) is a private golf club located in Sylvania, Ohio. Named for the high rolling land that the 10-mile creek quietly meanders through, Highland Meadows was established in 1925, with its roots in working families.
Highland remains a highly acclaimed 18-hole golf course of manicured fairways and greens and is dedicated to providing a quality golf and recreational experience to its members. Additional facilities include a newly renovated practice range, short game area, practice putting green, golf professional shop, indoor and outdoor dining areas, banquet space, and an Olympic size swimming pool with snack bar.
Regular full time work hours Monday-Friday (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM). Employees are required to work every other weekend. Hours on Saturday/Sunday are typically 6:00 AM-9:00am

Enjoy being outdoors. Our work requires us to be outside in various weather conditions.
Knowledge of the game of golf is a plus but not required.
Service-oriented mentality and a positive attitude.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Daily Job Responsibilities
Walk and machine ride mowing of golf course greens, tees, fairways, and rough playing surfaces.
Bunker raking using both hand and machine rakes.
String Trimming throughout the property
Clubhouse landscape responsibilities include push mowing, string trimming, bed and mechanical edging, mulching, and pruning.
Course projects that can include but not limited to drainage, Sod work, reseeding.
