Based on our success in the local area, our clients have asked us to expand, and we are seeking applicants to fill our Junior Team Associate! In this entry-level role, the Junior Team Associate will use their natural enthusiasm to support the on-site sales and marketing team with all duties involved in promoting products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain communication with potential or existing customers.
- Gain knowledge of the products or services they’re selling.
- Be able to explain the features, benefits of product offerings to customers.
- Match customers with the right products or services.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to customers to effectively fulfill their needs.
- Follow up with customers after initial interaction to ensure satisfaction and uncover further sales opportunities.
- Participate in training sessions to build sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Internship experience and past entry-level experience will be considered as working experience.
