Highland Management group is seeking a part-time Marketing Intern for the Summer. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a variety of marketing responsibilities working side-by-side with our Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of marketing principles and be able to execute a variety of tasks efficiently. This is a Monday-Friday part-time position offering up to 25 hours per week.

Highland Management group is seeking a part-time Marketing Intern for the Summer. - Assist with photographing apartment homes, amenities, and community spaces while learning real estate photography techniques.
- Create and edit 3D floor plan renderings to support property marketing efforts.
- Design engaging marketing materials for print, social media, websites, and digital advertising.
- Fulfill marketing requests from on-site teams, including flyers, signage, and promotional materials.
- Support content creation and branding initiatives across multiple apartment communities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on special projects and day-to-day marketing activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in business, communications, marketing or related fields.
- Detail orientated
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience using WordPress
